Timeline

Problem

Current user feedback indicated that some interface elements are unclear to users while using key features within the product. Specifically, users have challenges understanding how to configure and reconfigure products depending on which path of the journey they take. This study will help us better understand the challenges and needs of the users of this system,

Research Goals

We would like to understand between two designs which is more intuitive to the prototypical users. In addition, we would like to get an idea if there are differences in how long it takes users to complete their tasks between design A vs design B. It would also be helpful in this study to understand which of the "configure" actions do the users prefer and why the would prefer one over the other.

Method

Business users will complete an approval flow by completing a series of tasks. We will recruit 2 separate groups of 8 participants from our pool of users who match our persona for this unmoderated study.
